From Xianguan Li, owner of multiple short term rental homes since 2009 (xianguan.li@gmail.com): We have used and worked with quite a few property management companies over the years. This is not only for my own properties, but also for my clients (my company does booking management for them). In this business, property manager is definitely critical for any success. In my opinion, Delia is best of all property managers I dealt with so far, because of the following. 1. Responsible - She genuinely cares about the success of the rental business 2. Responsive - the worst nightmare is when a property manager is not responsive 3. Honest 4. Hard-working The American company I used when I first started in this business did not care and did not really take care of the property. I figured it out from the dust on the A/C filter - which I was paying for replacement filters monthly. And they charged ridiculous commission rate. So, it was a no brainer to move away from them. From Yanni Su, owner of two short term rental homes since 2009 (fmvacationhome@gmail.com) I think owner should not worry about the owner of Sunshine Florida Realty Inc. is not local since not only Eileen but also the local team works hard and has a very strong responsibility for the owners / guests. The communication is very open, smooth and effective. I feel I will be notified any issues immediately if that need my attention or they take care of small issues without bugging me. I feel this team very reliable and strong caring of the owners /guests. I had several instance that they helped me to handle well. 1. The water pipe was broken and all floor got wet, but they helped me to have someone come in immediately to take care of this which does not affect my next check in. 2. I had a guest broke my faucet, and Eileen helped me to get this fixed without affect my next check in. Please note all those are taken care by them and I don't need to worry. 3. There is also a guest damaged my King mattress, and I was told immediately about this issue. Eileen helped me to get a replaced mattress and this didn't affect next check in. Please note this happened in the same day. I highly appreciate they quick and wonderful service. One more thing to add, if I had a issue, Eileen will check what happened right away and get back me. Fantastic VILLA!!! November 16, 2013 My family and I had a wonderful time at this villa! We went to the disney area for my daughter and her cousin's birthday each turning 4 & 6. The owners were so thoughtful that when we arrived at the house they had a hand full of balloons for my daughter and a second bunch for her cousin on both sides of a banner wishing them a Happy Birthday! The house was beautiful and clean, the kids favorite part was the pool and theater room ^_^ The property manager was wonderful, she helped us with any question or concerns we may have had. The house was only about 15 mins form Disney World and walmart and the grocery store is right around the corner. Over all we had a 100% FABULOUS time and would definitely return! Beautiful home with excellent service September 16, 2013 This home lived up to and surpassed the description and pictures. This property not only accommodated all the members of our family,but the service beginning with the owner and extends to the management team more than met all our expectations. The owner was caring, considerate and worked with me on securing the home.The management team addressed any concerns in a very timely manner and even brought a token of appreciation for our stay. It's a Beautiful Villa July 31, 2013 I rented your villa for our business partner and his son and friends. They had a wonderful time there. It is a beautiful villa and I would have no trouble recommending it to any of our friends who come out to Florida. The boys talked endlessly about wanting to come back next year and if they do you will be our first call. Incredible Experience at an Immaculate Home July 11, 2013 Our week long stay in this home was PHENOMENAL! We came to Florida for a sports tournament, and housed 13 people (players, coaches, and chaperones) in this incredible space. Not only were we all able to sleep comfortably, but there was room to spare. The amenities are FAR ABOVE AVERAGE, including a beautiful pool area, gas barbecue, a home theater with all the bells and whistles, flat screen televisions throughout the home, extra bedding and towels, wireless internet and a fully equipped kitchen. Beyond the physical characteristics of the home, the customer service was SUPERB. From inquiry to checkout, everyone I spoke to with regard to the house was very HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. I would recommend this home to everyone who wants excellent accommodations. We look forward to staying here again next year!!!

I truly believe if there is a strong sense of responsibility and strong sense of caring for owners/clients by the management business owner and the local core team members, it doesn't matter if the business owner is local or remote. Management work will be very efficient and effective with good management system and high operational standard to follow of course. Local managers (Carolyn and Delia) are the key persons to follow the right system and high standard and control the quality of contractors working under Sunshine Florida Realty Inc. This was proved right so far when I see so many positive comments from our current home owners and tourists/renters.
